The STI Merit List 2026 is the official list of candidates selected for School Teacher Intern (STI) positions in Punjab. If you applied for an STI post, you can check whether your name appears on the merit list by using your CNIC on the official STI portal.

Step 1: Open the STI Portal

Visit the STI Portal from your mobile phone or computer. Make sure you are on the official portal so that you see the latest merit lists and announcements.

Step 2: Choose Your District, Tehsil and School

On the portal, select your district, then your tehsil, and then the school you applied to. Merit lists are published school by school, so choosing the correct school is important.

Step 3: Search by CNIC

Enter your 13-digit CNIC number without dashes in the search field, if provided, or find your name in the list for your school. Check the spelling of your name and your father's name carefully against your CNIC.

Step 4: Check the Selected and Waiting Lists

The portal shows selected candidates as well as waiting-list candidates. If your name is on the selected list, follow the joining instructions given by the school. If you are on the waiting list, keep checking for updates, as seats may open when selected candidates do not join.

What to Do If Your Name Is Missing

If your name is missing, first re-check your district, tehsil and school selection and re-enter your CNIC carefully. Also check the waiting list and any revised or updated lists. If you still cannot find your name, contact the concerned school or district education office with your application details and CNIC.
