MuScans: finding comic releases and publishing voices

MuScans brings together releases shared by Chinese-language scanlation groups and work published by comic creators. It offers a place to discover updates and a publication platform for creators presenting work to readers.

Two publishing paths

A group release and a creator publication describe different relationships to a comic. When exploring a title, look for the named creator, the publishing group and the information attached to that particular work. A platform listing alone does not establish who owns every element or what permission applies to redistribution.

Creators can publish work on MuScans, including some free comics shared with their individual authorization. That is a statement about those works. It does not mean that every title in the broader catalog is licensed, or that all platform features are free.

Language and audience

The main comic catalog is Chinese. Adults who want to explore the navigation can use the English interface, while remembering that changing interface language does not translate every comic.

The wider catalog contains mature and adult material and is intended for people aged 18 or older. This introduction is text only and includes no comic pages. Read the notices on individual works, respect creators' terms and make your own reading choices.
